Become part of Specialisterne family and run your own Specialisterne.

You can make a difference for specialist people in your country by becoming a Specialisterne licensee.

Specialist People Foundation will support licensees in a start-up phase and offer ongoing services. The start-up support will deliver access to a knowledge database consisting of experience and knowhow from 6 years of operation in Denmark. The database includes description, tools, templates and best practices of following areas;

Governance and management model
Business and financial model
HR Model
Operational manual for business services
Operation manual for enabling services
Communication

As a licensee you will be part of the Specialisterne global network and Specialist People family with the right to use the brand and operate according to Specialisterne business model. The Specialist People Foundation will provide with support, training, quality control, product development, global customers and branding.

We are in the planning phase for establishing Specialisterne pilot licensees in Germany, Iceland and UK in 2010.

Research by the British National Autistic Society in 2007 found that only 15% of people with ASD in England were employed compared to an estimated national employment rate of 74.8%. It is highly likely that these figures are very similar in other countries in Europe.
