The application process follows five steps;
- Expression of interest
A preliminary overview of the opportunities and challenges of establishing Specialisterne franchise in your country/location.
2. Feasibility study
A detailed assessment of the business opportunities, challenges and risk in the given country /location. The feasibility study will look deeper into the market opportunity, organisational structure and governance, organisational capacity, financial capacity and associated risks.
3. Business Case
A detailed business plan for five first years of operation.
4. License agreement
Lisense agreement with Specialist People Foundation and access to the knowledge database
5. Operation
Start up support and ongoing services in HR, communication, quality control, business development and ect.
Potential 2011 partners will be selected in end 2010.
