Our vision is to create respectful integration of specialist people into society by creating one million meaningful jobs.
Specialist People Foundation is a Not-for-Profit foundation with the vision to create one million jobs for Specialist People around the world defined as people with a business potential that can be realized with a special understanding and management, like people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our goal is to create awareness in the global community and to support the integration on specialist people into the labor market.

Specialist People Foundation owns 100% of Specialisterne Denmark, a company that exclusively hires employees with ASD. Specialisterne Denmark has since its start 2004 supported more then 170 individuals with ASD by creating job profiles and providing assessment. The company have today 40 consultant that solves valuable IT tasks as; software testing, data registration, quality control, information packaging for a number of the leading IT and telecommunications companies in the world. In 2009 Specialisterne started a 3 years education program for youth between 16-23 years and have today 11 students.
