Dandelion model

Our management model is inspired by our logo, the seed of ‘Taraxacum Offinale’. This plant is mostly known as a weed under the name ‘Dandelion’, a plant that many of us remove from our garden to have a uniform green lawn. The same plant is also one of the most valuable utility plants in the nature and known for its good healing and nourishing properties, planted in location where it is desired and used for many good purposes.

The value of the same plant depends on the knowledge and attitude of the viewer.

The analogy of Taraxacum officinale is implemented in our leadership model. We have chosen to add positive value and strengthen each individual’s abilities and potential. We focus on positive personal characteristics and skills. We believe that everyone have a role and can contribute to solving valuable tasks in the labour market. We see any one as a special and unique individual.
